Usually indicates un-even fingers on the pressure plate. If it's a 3 finger plate, one pivot bolt could be comming loose. Could also be a bad throwout bearing but that is usually accompanied with a squeel or grinding noise.

If it's the throwout bearing (my vote) you may just hear a kind of whooshing sound.

I just took it appart, found the fork ( we call this lever fork, how do you? ) badly worn in the place where it contacts the throw out bearing, the diagraphagm is fine, the flywheel is also deeply worn.
any recomendations?

Augusto.

Ahhhh... The pivot point for the "clutch fork" may be screwed up from lack of grease or something. If the flywheel is scored badly, you may have to replace it. If it's not too bad, you can get it resurfaced. I think I would replace it all: clutch, pressure plate & clutch fork. Good luck.
