penetrating oil soaked primer

when we were disassembling my 58 caddy we used some penetrating oil to help remove some of the moldings.
the body work was done and the car was primed.
some of the oil has soaked into the primer around the molding mounting holes.
can this be sealed somehow or what can be done to remove it from the primer?

Sunlight dish soap and water used with a stiff brush will do the trick.
