Perch Bolts to hold coilover springs?

If I install my the perch bolts on my Model A hot rod upside down. Are they strong enough to hold the 5/8" bolt for a coilover shock? I am removing the single leaf spring and shackel. I want to install coilovers.

Perch bolts

I should have stated I am running a modern round 4" drop axel with disc brakes.
