Phenolic Fuel Pump Isolator
Hello I bought a Phenolic Fuel Pump Isolator for my sbc I was just wondering if it replaces the steel plate or goes on top of it?

I have one on my 331" sbc, according to Canton Racing Products, their #85-000 phenolic spacer replaces the steel plate. You can confirm this by going to WWW.CANTONRACINGPRODUCTS.COM
