Sweet! One of my favorite cars is the '58 Pontiac Chieftain. The '57 Olds looks more like the '58 Pontiac than a '57 Chevy- which the '57 Pontiac looks too much like to me (the '57 Chevy, that is).

Yes it is a '57 Olds. I gave 600 dollars for it and that included delivering 100 miles to the house. Someone had stored feed bags in it that had gotten wet. the outer body was pretty fair but I had to build the entire floor board from the firewall to the rear bumper. I was given a J2 set up for it which made a pretty neat car out of it. Last I heard it was in S Carolina but lost track of it a couple of years ago.

Well you did a good job on it. With the shaved handles I didn't notice at first that it was a more-door.
