and why are you asking? Is there something you want to accomplish with it?

back a few years ago etch primer was used a lot, it used phosphric acid, so how is it that we didnt have to neautralize that????

Ospho is another example, its a phosphric acid that Removes rust, it also does not need neutralizing but everyone seems to think it does because its an acid...and people wonder why products fail,,, first off READ THE DIRECTIONS
