how hard is it to change the pickup coil on a 350 i already have the new part but i am no mechanic by any means. i just know the basics. any help on the insstalling would be greatly appreciated.

remove dist fromengine. Remove pin throught gear on bottom of shaft with proper size punch. WD40 gear and shaft remove gear more WD40 removeshaft. With older hei paper clip size clip holds pick in placs . cake and ice cream. Reverse to instal.
