Pin stripping

Can you all please post some examples of some nice pinstripping work? like up close detailled pictures.

Another thing that would be great is: the cost of pin stripping??? I know it depends on the complexity of the artwork but i'd like a general idea.

Is the pin stripping done before or after the clear coat?
Is some airbrush work considered "pin stripe"?

pinstriping can go on either before or after the clearcoat. if your doing a paintjob on your vehicle or whatever, it always looks more professional to go on under the clear. imo, the clear should always be the last thing. as far as pics, i only outline my graphics. i dont get into the line art. airbrush work is not considered pinstriping. real pinstriping is done with a striping brush by hand.

Most of them charge between $80-120 an hour as a base (then complexity matters), thats if you come to them, and with a one hour minimum usually. If they have to come to your house to do it expect to pay a lot more...
