Pitman arm 56 Chevy
I assembled my front end last night on my 56 Chevy pickup. My pitman arm will only go so far on the shaft. What's the proper way to get it to sit further back? Should I pound it on with a piece of pipe or will it push back when I start torquing the nut on? As you can see from the picture, I still need to heat and bend the steering arm to get the drag link to sit parallel to the frame
