It's okay for plastic filler over epoxy primmer. Is it okay to use over the 2k primmer?

It is not the ideal situation, but can be, and is done. If you have epoxy as a base on the metal, you can also sand off the 2K down to the epoxy, then add the filler. That would be your best bet as far as I'm concerned. By sanding off the 2K, you would also be scuffing the epoxy, that may be outside of it's window anyway, and give you good adhesion to the epoxy.

Are you refering to "urethane" primer? If it is fully cured there is nothing wrong with it but why? If you only need a little bit for some small low spot or something sure, it will be fine. But I would use a polyester putty like Evercoats Metal Glaze not a "filler". If you need more fill than a polyester putty is going to give you, you really shouldn't be applying it over urethane primer in my opionion. But that is just my opinion.

But really, an epoxy primer first is the way to go.

As far as what I've learned the glazes and finishing puttys brian mentioned say you can use them over sanded 2k and paint, but I wouldn't go hog wild with the amount used. The regular polyester bodyfillers, I've never heard being said to use over 2k urethane, only epoxy or ground metal. That being said I've used regular bodyfiller over 2k sparingly when I had no finishing stuff around and looked in my pocket and didn't want to run and pay the extra cost of the finishing puttys. I am sure others have done it too. I haven't noticed a problem from it, but as far as I know it hasn't been recommended.
