Why would I drool? There's no Hemi in it.

Really nice cars but a tad on the expensive side.

If I had a million dollars.....

Carroll Shelby really did an absolutely amazing job when he designed that car. Those cars probably have the nicest shape in the world. Way too expensive tho, but it's worth dreaming!

Actually it's a British Bristol body. All Shelby really did was some suspension work and then he shoe horned a Ford engine, trans and rear end in the thing.

Ford tried the same thing earlier with the Sunbeam Tiger. Didn't take off like the Cobra because it still used the basic Sunbeam suspension system and although it handled OK it just wasn't that fast. I believe in about '67 Ford sold their Tiger interest to Mopar and for about a year, before they killed the program, you could get a Tiger with the Mopar 273 hi po motor. Tigers sure have a cult following though. My Hagarty insurance agent has two of them.
