What do you mean by "measured" c.r. 11.5:1?? How did you measure it?

I verified (measured) all parameters used to calculate SCR, like chamber volume and deck clearance, which is blueprinted. Calculated the SCR using all verified numbers.

MSD does better with a smaller gap. I have a similiar setup, but with a small shot of nitrous, and I run TR6's gapped at 35 and works best for me.

45 KV coil, I wouldn't go more than .045.

I would contact the company that makes your heads, they would know what the gap should be. I once thought that I should go to a .45 gap but was way better with a .35 gap. My plugs would foul and with headers, it takes for ever to fix. So to make sure, you head company will know.
