Semi-custon, at least. And like I mentioned above, they're around $600/set.

This, along w/your 6H rebuilt heads and a decent cam will build you a hell of a torquey engine, and would be a good way to go.
If the engine (shortblock, anyway) is as you were told it is- it is a good deal. But as w/any used engine, you may or may not be being told the straight scoop.
I would say if the crank can still be turned and the block wasn't already 0.060" over, so you can bore it if it's needed, that it is still a decent deal for $200.
