Hey all:
Here's my new engine building educational series, the first engine being my own Pontiac 455 rebuilt with a traditional cam and compression power step-up. https://vimeo.com/60051620 Part 1 of the series features the initial teardown and inspection of the short block. Vimeo not YouTube
It's too big a file for YouTube. I would have had to break it down into short segments and it's just easier to post all 30 minutes in one shot on Vimeo in HD. Just click on the link above to view it on a computer (not viewable on smartphones or other handheld devices). I'll have driving videos posted once the engine is back in the car. So, stay tuned!
