pontiac stroker

I want to rebuild another 1974 pontiac 350 and was wondering what the most cubic inches i could get out of it were?

I know that all pontiac blocks are the same size and the stroke on a 400 is the same as a 350 and a head from a 400 will fit the 350, why cant you bore the 350 into a 400?

std answer. i know cause i have a 326. forget it. build it with a stock crank, .030 overbore or .060 for cheaper or get a 400. a 389 can be punched out to 400. you can get more exotic with a 400 too with different cranks, but with a 350 just keep it simple. you aint gonna make anything that will beat a 400 anyway. thaTs not what i wanted to hear so i know you wont like it either but that's REALITY.
