Pontiac Timing Cover Sleeve

I am getting ready to replace the cam on my Pontiac 400. Over at bopengineering I saw a timing cover sleeve;

http://bopengineering.com/timing_cover_sleeves_b.shtml

Is this something I should plan on replacing or does it depend on the condition of the old one if I can re-use it?

Thanks,
BT

If the old ones aren't completely deteriorated, use them. It's nice to have everything new, but it's not necessary, nor practical.
