Poor Fuel Mileage,Need Help

i have a 1986 C-10 with the original 305 motor removed(700R4,3.08 Open Rear)
engine now is 3970010(350?)
Hei Dizzy
One light spring(silver) one heavy(Black)
edelbrock 1400 Carb
edelbrock intake
Do Not know what Cam
14.8 A/F at 590 RPM (cO2 12.7)
14.3 A/F at 2131 RPM (cO2 13.3)
Poor Fuel Mileage 9-10 MPG City 14-15 MPG Highway(City is Bad)
18/19 Inch Vacuum-That pulses byhalf point (Not Steady)
Faintly rough idle(small,Not smooth)
Plugs are Bosch(Autolite) APP 26 (Double Platinum)
Replaced Autolite 26
Can anyone tell me what to check
All reply are welcome and will be responded to
I need max fuel mileage
First picture is plug 1 and plug 5
Second picture is the 8 plugs I removed about 6,000 miles ago

I did a tune up....plugs, wires, set timing a bit more than recommended (doesn't ping)...........in my 77 Dodge van with a 360 and went from 12 to 15 on the highway...................Around town, it's going to suck the gas anyways.

These gas prices are something else! I never thought that I would see hot rodders concerned with gas mileage. Its always been more horsepower, LOL. What gripes me is $ 13 to fill up the gas can for the friggin lawnmower!
