Por-15 my floors

Whats up hotrodders, just wanted to know I cleaned all of the gunck, deadner, and dust, sticky, whatever on the floor that the carpet and deader left, vacuumed all the dust that was made by sanding 40-60 grit, then I know next process is marine clean (which is a strong degreaser), but I didnt get the metal prep , what is a subsitute for metal prep?? (phosphoric acid?? Vinegar & water mix??). Help don't really wanna sit and wait all these days for it to come in when I can maybe subsitute at home depot

Home Depot has it in plastic jugs. In their paint section along with paint thinners etc. I can't remember their brand name (old timers disease!). Greenish liquid. Packaged in a rectangular plastic jug. I always called it "ospho". I keep a jug on hand in the shop.

-Sand the whole thing down 40-60 grit
- vacuum all the dust and sanded stuff
-Marine Clean the whole floor and scrub ALITTLE with a scoth Brite
-rinse off
-let dry
-Vinegar and water mix to kill rust or phosphoric acid
-wash off
