Huh? What I think Rick is trying to say is that if you have vacuum advance on your Ford (and most Ford's do), the same principals would apply as in the chevy article. I don't know squat about Fords and maybe the mechanical advance comes in differently or is a lot less or more than a typical chevy distributor but vacuum advance is vacuum advance!
