How can I make my 10 bolt rear end a posi? Is there a kit I can buy???

What 10 bolt do you have? Is it GM, Ford? What is the gear ratio? What is it in?

There are many limited slip differentials (posi) that you can buy to install in just about every rear end out there. You must have some information on the rear end before you can order anything. Things like gear ratio and axle splines are very important. You also need to know what the car will be used for so that you can choose the right one for the job. There are clutch type, gear type, lockers and other types of differentials that work well in certain applications, but not so good inothers.

GM 3:07 gears want to put 3:73s in it 72 c10 rear end

A '72 C10 shouldn't have a 10 bolt in it. That should be the truck 12 bolt. Find out for sure exactly which rear end you have. This is very important.

What do you want to do with the truck? Will it be a street machine, drag race, off road? There are many differentials for that rear end, and getting the best one for the job depends on what you want to do with it. If you use 3.73 gears then you will need a 4 series. The 12 bolt has 30 spline axles stock, but you can upgrade to after market 33 spline axles with the right combination of parts.

mostly street use maybe every once in awhile take it down the drag strip every once in awhile

The Eaton Posi would be a good choice. Yukon might make a Dura Girp for that rear end if you need something a little cheaper. Don't use the Auburn. Just remember that you need a 4 series for the 3.73 gears, and this is a truck 12 bolt, not the car 12 bolt. There is a big difference. Also get a good installation kit. Contact Tom's Differentials, DTS or Randy's Ring & Pinion for a good kit and good prices on the other parts. Don't use Summit or Jeg's for rear end parts.
