Angry To Posi or not to Posi

I'm looking for a 7.5 GM posi unit. I find some that say clutch type, and others that say gov-loc. What's the difference? Which one is better? Those are the questions.
Thanks

the clutch type is by far more reliable, and rebuildable. the gov-locs are always broken and expensive

If you now have a open Diff get a Powertrax,Lock-right Locker, easy to install in a rear loader and hold up real well. and Cheaper!

Try this website for info on the "Power Trax" and my favorite, the "Auburn" cone type clutch, posi rear ends.
