possible donar

I know the 79 camaro/firebird is a good fit for the 59 suburban for a front end swap. Is an 85 the same?
What about this one?

I've heard the 3rd gen. F-body clip was different than the 2nd gen. Not sure how much different or if the 3rd gen clip would work for you.

BTW - Great 'Burb!

Nope...................different animal.

You can also go with a Malibu, or Caprice clip.

If you don't want the "Clipping " hassle, why not look at a later pickup frame.

An S-10 might be an option as well. Stinkin V8 has a nice website on using the S-10 frame under one of the AD suburbans.

And one of the MII designed units would probably be available for yours.

Garretthes, aren't you on the yahoo groups for Suburbans?

And that is a nice 'burb.

Yes, I'm on several club rosters. The AD Burb is way different from the TF Burb. Thanks for the compliments!

A pickup frame sounds like a good option. How much more work is it?

While the AD and TF suburbans differ, stinkin v8's website on the frame swap gives a good indication of the process and work involved.
