Click on insert image at the top of the page if you have the URL. Or you can upload a thumbnail from your computer by using the manage attachments below your post.

I open the picture in another page, right click the image and go to properties.
You can then highlight the url, right click copy and then paste the url into the url image box in your original message page.
Took me a long time to get it right.

Do as the other guys say, but make sure you highlight and right click the address [url] in the properties box, not the address.jpg script at the top of the properties box. Took me a while to figure that out at first. Duh! When you go back to reply to the thread go to the url image box, the little yellow postage stamp looking thing with the mountain on it right above the white reply to thread message box. Click on that and a user prompt box pops up. Right click on that and hit "paste" to insert the image url in the box, click ok and the image should show in your post when you preview it prior to posting.
You can do it!

Hemi, it looks like you are trying to post a picture from your hard drive. That won't work. You have to upload it to the internet so it has an address. Your hotrodders gallery or photo album is an example.

You need to put the whole address into the [IMG] tags.

The address for this pic is: http://hotrodders.com/journal_photos...1356447841.jpg
You can click on it and get the picture, just like a website. You need to right click on the picture once it's online and get the address. Then paste that into the window that asks for the formatted text when you make your post.

Put [IMG ]above address[/IMG ] (remove space before bracket) and you have a picture!

If you right-click on it and go to image properties, you will see the address I'm talking about.

Hemmie what I do Is when I want to post a "BIG PICTURE" I open my IE twice so Im at HR.COM twice then i just toggle back & forth
also if you just want to make a thub nail @ the bottom then after you post you can:
right click ,
properties,
highlight,
copy & paste from that picture

BUT the picture has to be small enough 640 x480 is what im using
