Powder Coated Rims

Hey all.... Been working on my son's Blazer for a few years now,,,we had purchased these 70 1/2 Z28 Rims to use on it but they have been on the back burner for years....Finally finished and repainted the Blazer with MUCH help from the forum and decided to get the wheels ready...after a LOT of starting and stopping and sandblasting etc I looked into powdercoating....SO here is what I got for 100.00 a rim...they sandblasted, glass beaded, fixed a few nicks.... Cant wait to get them back on the Blazer... my son would have really liked this look...if you are on the fence for daily driver rims look at powdercoat !!!!

we have had good luck doing wheels

we had my daughters stock scion wheels done

they put near chrome on first, then a translucent purple (lolly-pop purple) over the top of near chrome

it looks really cool, changes color in different lights, etc.

poor pics (dont show the color very well)
