power booster

I have a 40 ford coupe with 4 wheel disc brakes that are manual with the master cyl under the floor. I would like to convert to power assist. Can i just add a power booster to the master cyl thats already there? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Atlas

Yes you should be able to bolt up a booster just make sure you have the correct bracket for the booster and that the booster will bolt up with the master cylinder. Also you might have to adjust the length of your brake lines depending on the size of booster you choose. Finally make sure your engine makes enough vacuum to operate a booster. Good luck
