Question Power brake hooked up to tbi

I have my brake booster line tied into the back of my tbi pvc port. Is this a acceptable place for vacuum. I ask because although the brakes operate, the manifold vacuum dips nearly 10 points under braking and the idle has a lope when coming to a stop.

Make sure the check valve in the booster hose is working and the booster doesnt leak. You should be able to run the engine then disconnect the hose at the manifold. then after couple minutes disconnect at the booster and hear vacuum leak out. the booster has to hold the vacuum. It only has to come on one time for each application of the brakes so tells me the booster leaks or check valve in the hose that plugs into booster is no good.
