Power to manual steering

Pitman arm problem. I have a 76 Camaro. I recently found a manual steering box from a 66 Chevelle. The box replaces my power steering box in every way except the splines for the pitman arm. The splines are slightly smaller on the steering box. The nut is the same size. The original pitman arm is 7 inch center to center with no drop. Is there a replacement fit out there? Or will I have to have something custom made? I don't want to weld this part for safety reasons. Maybe there is someone out there who has been down this road. Thanks for any help. DrDave.

There are two size shafts. A 1 inch and a 1 and 1/8th. Not sure about the camaro box but that holds true for the chevelle box.f bodys have there own pitman arm shape so using the chevelle ( A body ) one wont do.do some comparison on e bay you may find the answer. Look for moog pittman arm or just camaro pittman arm

How come youre going manual? They usually have a significantly slower turning ratio which is alot less pleasant to drive.
