power steering 48 chevy coupe

Want to put power steering on a 48 chevy coupe. Have already upgraded to disc brakes. Is there a power steering head that can be made to work on this car. I also have a 56 chevy truck I put power steering on it using a head off a 79 toyota 4-wheel drive. Figured there must be something out there that would work on the car.

Thanks,
ksm
