Power steering hose, restrictor Question
How do you go about regulating the high pressure feed hose to the rack ?
I just completed an engine swap with mixed oem componets but I didnt install a restrictor in the supply line because I wasnt sure where to put it and what size it should be. I thought I'd just test drive it and see what happened. The result is the steering is very heavy and noisy and vibrates back into the wheel . I was told I need to install a restrictor . The line going into the rack is a -8 . Whats the fix ?? Thanks, Joe |

Some folks just buy this adjustable power steering valve......it is less than $100. I have never used one.......I like manual steering........but I have seen good reports on the adjustable valve. Most street rod shops have them. . |
