Power Steering for my 53 Pontiac Chieftain

Looks like two separate questions. I believe the typical 605 power steering box (or one of the upgrades) will bolt right in where your manual box is. biggest job would be cutting and mating your steering column, which is currently a solid shaft from the steering wheel to the worm gear. If your big motor doesn't allow room for a power box, Rack and Pinion is a possibility, but a lot more work, and "engineering".
For the other question, a bolt in front end upgrade, go to the crankshaft coalition icon and look up the wiki - 37 to 57 BOP (buick olds pontiac) suspension upgrade. Welcome to the world of BOP's
