Power window for 47-54 Chevy Gmc truck

Hi guys, i'm looking to upgrade power window for my truck. Does anyone put this upgrade and what kind of kit. I mean the kit to put directly on the crank shaft or a kit of flat rail with motor on it. I take a look inside the door; between the glass and the inside door frame when the glass is up, it has not a large place to put a track i think. Does the kit for the crank shaft request a lot of modifications. Thanks for all

http://www.ezwiring.com/power_windows.html

I found those for $145 a pair without switches. That's an awesome deal compared to others I've seen, but has anybody ever used the one above? I've used their wiring harnesses and they're excellent quality. Any input?

Your question was perfectly clear. I thought French was your first language because of how you phrased your sentences. Je parle Francais un peut.

I prefer crank up windows myself. Less stuff to tear up.

Yep, I had power windows in my 48 Chevy truck that I got from a 63 Buick LeSabre, worked great. But this rebuild, it will be left out. I am going for the "feels like it's 1950" feel. I drive a car every day with power windows, I want something different to cruise in.

Nu-relics has a direct bolt in set up listed for your year truck. Might be a little pricey compared to some, but I used 2 sets for other applications that "bolted right in" Google nu-relics if you want their web.

They are proud of their product, lol. I plan on taking the chance on the EZ kit, hopefully they clear my bear claw latches.

Hi 1952 Chevy panel, in the EZ kit, i don't know the tickness of the kit. Are you look inside your door when the window is up, the distance between the glass & the the frame door is not very big? In the same idea, the Nu-relics kit is the perfect way with the perfect price TOO!
