power windows

Any advice on power windows. I've used specialty pw many times. but I see cheaper ones advertised(<$150).
Anyone have any experience with the low end PW?

Pw

Checking on pricing I find New Rel cost $420 for 2 front doors. I'm looking for coments on quality of the $150 units.

Thanks Don

Once you install them you DO NOT want to go back and re-do or repair something down the road. Spend the bucks up front for quality units. You will not be disappointed.

Vince, I agree with you, however I've been told that one of the cheap brands work as well as the more expensive. I just do not remember who told me that or which unit it was. I'm looking for builders or other people that have some experience with different brands to comment on their experiences.

At this point I'm thinking of buying EZ - PW(also called Dolphin).

The company that makes Dolphin power windows is called EZ Wiring. Also check out this link from Autoloc: http://www.thehoffmangroup.com/Autol...ducts_PW.lasso

Don: You're not getting the answers you want here, so I'm going to move this thread to General Rodding Tech and see if you get better answers there.
