Warrant
Andrew did not show for the Order of Examination and now has a bench warrant on him. He will be arrested if a cop catches him. The low life thinks he can go around screwing people all he wants. I WILL get my money!! All he had to do was refund my $185.00 and it would have been over. Now he owes over $400.00 and the amount keeps growing the longer he waits. He thinks he is a tough gang banger, but we will see how tough he is when he pays up.

I wonder if he will be at Carlisle for the spring show next month.

Andrew at powercraft steering & brakes
I received a phone call this morning. It sounded like Andrew, but he blocked his number. He told me I better remove the message where I said he was a gang banger and if I didn't I would regret it. He said he was not going to give me my money and that if I continue to talk about him he will bring a couple of friends to my house and settle it. I have already contacted the local police department about the message.

If that's the case, that wasn't exactly the smartest thing he could have done. And this is over <$200?

more on Andrew
I talked with someone else in my area today that Andrew screwed. The guy was at the Pomona Swap meet when he saw Andrew selling parts. He walked up to Andrew and said he wanted his money. Since there were other people around, Andrew reached into his pocket and pulled out the money he owed. Andrew is a cheat and enjoys ripping people off. Too bad his dad is not running the business anymore. He was a really good business man.
Want to know how to run a successful business into the ground, call Andrew for lessons. |

By that I mean there will be times that you know that you have a valid point, but that point is debatable, and even if you're right, the correct thing to do (from a business owner's standpoint) would be to just give dude back his $$$ and move on. To let this thing escalate to the point that now, your very freedom is in jeopardy (not to mention your "business"- hard to make "payroll" while you're sitting in jail w/a bunch of tweakers and crack heads) is nothing short of INCREDIBLY shortsighted, IMO. IF you were stupid enough to threaten someone on the phone, it's obvious that you have ZERO intention of doing a thing to this guy- it's just a sad, weak bluff that will get you put UNDER the jail if this guy gets so much as a hangnail. I mean, is there really anyone so stupid to actually call up someone on the phone (of which there's now a record of), and then carry the threat out? What a joke. If you read this- I have but one bit of advice: You ought to put an end to the BS- pay the freight and move the hell on! |

It seems Andrew has no business sense at all. I had a repair business of my own before retiring and once in awhile I had to eat it, but never once did I ever act like this guy is acting. I suspect he is either on drugs or has a mental defect. All I ever wanted from him was a rack and pinion that worked. He could not provide one, so I felt I should get a refund. He has caused a lot of problems for himself by acting the way he has. His reputation is so bad in the San Diego area that he has to go further away to do business.
Even his commercial customers have stopped doing business with him. |

WOW threats?
Class action perhaps? So all you do now is wait for a check for roughly $400 and that's it? All this for what could have been solved with $185.00 (shaking head) |
