I was going to go to the swap meet last Sunday and see if he was there, but attorney suggested I don't go. She said he might call for help and I could end up at the short end of the stick. He is not the brightest business man, but he probably hangs with a bunch of other trouble makers that enjoy ganging up on people. I'll let the attorney handle this. That is why I am paying her.

Since they have not posted that they were satisfied, I have to presume they got screwed. Some of them live too far away to get as involved in trying to settle. If they live near Carlisle, then how are they going to fight back. That is why Andrew goes to the distant shows because he knows he can lie to the people and not worry about having them go after him. He has proven himself on this board by promising and not delivering.

He wasn't at Carlisle last week. As I stated before, I got my money back because I used a credit card and they took the money from his account.

Hello.Im favian. To whomever may be concerned that I am running a scam with powercraft.I am not.I used to help sell parts for andrew from vista CA in the past with helping create posts on craigslist ebay etc.I work for everyday for a shop and salvage yard in chicago.Plus I do work for family and neighbors on my free time but never taken advantage of any customers that have ordered parts from me personally.I have my name to respect and my courtesy and respect for my customers.I cannot speak for anyone else and I apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred to you.Any questions feel free to call me ********* favian from chicago.Thank you and have a good day

Sorry Favian..If you are in business you can't post your phone number here...If you do have some information that might help Ted Lohry and his case against Powercraft, please use our private messaging system to contact him.

later, mikey

Powercraft Steering

Looks like I've been bitten by this guy too. Had him rebuild my steering box and it was never sent. Said it was shipped three times and still no steering box. Sounds like it's true what everyone is saying about this Andrew guy. I ran into him and the Pomona swapneet a couple of weeks ago.

The first and only time I saw this guy was at the swapmeet where I gave him my money and steering box, since then it's been e-mails promising to ship it. I'm still waiting!

I wish I'd seen this first!
