powerglide
i recently rebuilt my aluminum powerglide and i have a problem my forward gears work fine but when i go to reverse it will start to turn in reverse but then it binds up like something is holding it back everything in the tranny is stock nothing special if anyone has any info please let me know

sounds as if a chunk of metal is stuck in the sun gears, It's what happen to mine when it was rebuilt.
