Powerhouse balanced kits... OK?

I'm looking to buy a 383 kit and want a pre balanced kit that is actually "balanced" not weight matched. I want something that I can assemble myself. Are powerhouse kits good for this or not thanks.

Hi I live only a few blocks away from powerhouse and have bought several kits including thier 383sk and their 496ci kit both did not dissappoint me as far as quality mainly I could go there and see them first but either way every one up here doesnt order from summit or jegs they all go to powerhouse for the engine stuff I've had a 383 in a daily driver for 3 years now and its been reliable and strong ever since I built it

I believe any kit, weight matched or not, needs to be spin balanced.

Not that much $ for peace of mind.

Right that's what I'm asking if they spin balance them or not. they charge $200 buck for the option so I would hope so.

Does anybody know for sure?
If not I'll just call them. Wanting to build a stump pullin 383 w/ vortec heads.
