Post PPG low gloss black

HI, PPG/DDL9423Q...Anyone used this product, I need a flat/low gloss black hot rod product and am considering this and PPG/DPLF90 or a single stage with dulling agent, was curious about the low gloss designation and ease of use, any other product recommendations and application steps would be appreciated, I'm using a conventional suction feed gun, Thanks.
