Hahah thanks for confusing things more, but yeah, i will go with the epoxy primer now i think, its still between ppg omni or nason, but ive heard more people for nason....

How could you tell Bee??? Actually I WAS a S&W tech rep.....just got tired of traveling all over the dang country. Etch primers may be old school,but they still are proven in the automotive field.Epoxys are good,I have just always preferred etch systems.The newer chromate-free systems are good too.By the way "flip",did the salt help?

Paint's are like car brands, Loyalty lie's with what YOU have the best LUCK with.
I believe that either one will give a good paint job IF.......


YOU do your job RIGHT.

I see HOK job's everyday that are some of the WORST ever. Shame to spend that kind of $$$ on paint and do such a lousy job of it. Just goes to prove that it's not necessarly the paint but the PAINTER.

hah cant say I tried, im assuming theres some sort of a chemical reaction involved so id play it safe..

DEAL, im getting the paint tomorrow, so thanks for your help everyone and I dont think my 500 bucks will go to waste, I'll post some pictures when(if) im done
