Prepping fiberglass hood

Im working on getting my car ready to paint, last year Santy Clause brought me a 4 inch cowl Harwood hood. The fiberglass is extremely straight with very minor dips in it.How do i go about prepping it for paint. <img src="graemlins/sweat.gif" border="0" alt="[sweat]" />

Sand it smooth, use a bit of plastic or fiberglass or even spot puddy to smooth out the dips and prime and paint.

On the filler smooth down to 220, them prime, wet sand the primer with 400, let dry, clean and paint.
