Well today is mine and my wifes 11th anniversary This morning I surprised her with a shiney new B&M Mega shifter. She then surprised me with a new set of diamond earings.. Hell I think it worked out good this year. Alot better than the first anniversary when i bought her a vaccum cleaner

OK, YOU TRIGGERED ME !!

My turn to rant:

1.) Why is it OK for a woman to buy a man tools, like a circular saw or screwdrivers, to make his life easier, BUT, its not OK to get her something to make hers easier, like new teflon frying pans, or a vacuum, or a washing machine? Hmm? Answer me that !
(Disclaimer: I never bought her stuff like that. Although I did buy her teddy's and so on !)

2.) Women get a shower for Weddings, Babies, Gastric disorders, yet men only get one quick drunk. Why are there no TOOL SHOWERS for guys? Especially for a new homeowner? I think we need DeWalt or Makita or at LEAST Craftsman on board for this one !! MEN- UNITE! For the first party, I will be the scapegoat and volunteer to be the recipient. You guys start sending me tools. I will register at Sears, Snap-On, Home Depot, Jet, etc. Oh, the shame of it all....... Get me something GOOD !!
