the problem here, is everyone THINKS everyone elses job is so simple that any monkey can do it..
if you ever worked on a hyway crew putting down blacktop you'd know it's not easy.. crew are from "somewhere else" because of other things than citizens refusing to do physical labor..
the difference is the citizens want to get payed the 60+ hours they put in.. not work 60 and get payed for 30.. knowing they'll never say boo..
