I've never had to get a job without a proof of ID and tax forms, and I've never gotten a GOOD job without a background check. If we turned off the job faucet for these guys they wouldn't be here. Fine the companies who hire them into the dirt.
If you don't want skunks around your house try putting the lid on your garbage cans!
