One head or two ??

Rodders can get new aluminum heads for decent prices now.....so you might be disappointed with what your heads would bring. With all the new stuff, I know you must have a good bit of $$$ in them.

It is cheaper now to buy good aluminum heads than rebuild old heads and then try to bring them up to the new heads performance potential.

No dollar value from me.........

Price???

I really dont know, it's was putting more than 2000$ with the roller rockers and all the stuff......I would like to have an idea for what is the price on the market for a set of head ported last years...on thing is sure, my car is a beast with this set of head (468 CI and 9.6 CR), I want to change my goal....I want to run high ten with 91 pump gaz normally aspirated on street car!....I Think I'm not really far from this goal with those head, but I want to run little bit compression ratio with the same gaz.

I think they value at least 1000$....it's why I want to have an idea on this site...

that a $1000 with rockers?reason being a set of 781 (the 049 replacements) are for sale with big valves and teflon seals, good springs and decent port job(not sure what stage you would call it but bowls blended and pockets as well)$400 for the heads here in nova scotia. if rockers go with i would offer up $800. if you have pics send to: kimgeorge@eastlink.ca thanks george

Around a grand sounds good. There are a few Canuck examples on RPM classified . com some with intakes and so on. Dont take less than a grand , dont include roller rocker's, that would be 1400.00 or so Can.

at $1400 i would probably save up the extra $600 for edelbrock performer rpm. just going by the heads buddy showed me on the weekend. $400 for 781"s with mild port job and good springs and 2.19 and 1.88 valves. no harm in making an offer?
