I have one, bought it from Greg Smith. I'm very pleased with it. It has provisions to bolt it down if you choose. I really don't see why someone would be "scared" to work under it. My only complaint is that it is a bit narrow, and there is not a lot of leeway between the posts when I put one of my '60 chevys on it.
