procharger on a demon carb

on a 850 mighty demon, what has to been done before i can put a procharger on it

I take it you have a hat already?
If so I would give BG a call and tell them what you plan to do and see what they have to say.

Blow Through Calibrated carburetor.

There a many differences between a carburetor calibrated to work in "Blow-Through" applications using a bonnet, and a naturally aspirated carburetor.

The baseplates are different for sealing purposes. The metering blocks are different to flow the proper amount of fuel. They utilize different size N&S assemblies, and the air bleeds are different. You'd be less expensive selling that carburetor, and putting the money towards a Blow-Through calibrated carburetor.
