proform holley body?

I have a holley 750 vac that I removed the chock and put on a k&n stubstack. I still have the tower and was thinking of using a proform body to get rid of it. Have you used one and how much do you think I will gain. I have a chevy 355 and run it to 6400 rpm.

I use the Proform body on a DP holley. Can't tell you what you will pick up swapping the body but I can tell you they work very well.
I had to fine tune the idle air bleeds a bit to dial in the idle just right on mine as I used holley 650-700cfm DP metering blocks. The supplied air bleeds assume you're using 750 metering blocks. I also use the Proform billet throttle base.
A good upgrade. Runs smooth and strong.
