Project 37 5 window

Retired but not ready to sit. Bought a in progress 37 ford with lots of new parts for down the line. I can see I'll need more rubber on the road then stock tires. Previous owner did a nice clip on front but I'll need narrower frame, pans and to cut down a new 9" rear end.
I need ideas for a kit or someone that had similar needs
Any help would be appreciated !
