You are right! I guess I was lucky to do something stupid with State Farms money instead of my own!
At the time I was pissed that I had to waste time in court but that was my first time and would not trade the education for anything.
I would urge any of the younger guys on here that have aspirations of starting their own business one day to take a day and just go set in a civil case. Its an education you will never forget.
I have been to court one other time since and that was because I was stupid enough to say, sure I will be a wittiness in two separate law suits.
NEVER, EVER again will I see anything or know anything.
