Propaniac

I got to meet John who goes under Propaniac at the SEMA show today.
I have always wondered about what his title meant?

He owns a propane company. OK, it all makes sense now.

What a great guy, I have met so many good people off of this site,
I may need to try one of those dating sites!

Think wife would go for that?

I'm not sure if he got it from this, but the propaniacs was a term used on the tv show King of the Hill. Bobby and his cousin and a few people from Hank's propane store got together and started doing skits on propane, they called their group The Propaniacs.

So the real question is how much money did you lose gambling and did he bake any cakes for you? I try to stay away from vegas after going there a few years ago for a Nascar race, but have to admit it is kinda a fun town to visit. Some of the outskirts are pretty scary though, trailers on lots with no grass and garbage piled in the front yard. Was doing okay gambling till our last day when the race was over and weren't spending time at the track. Glad to hear you met another good guy from the site, you only have thirty some thousand more yet to meet.

I have not dropped a penny so far as just been to busy to think about it.
My wife and I use to fly out here for the weekend about 8-9 times a year before 911. Been many times that going home at the airport I was so broke
she would have to pay for the coffee.
So when on business rarely do I gamble because May not be able to make it home.

Looking forward to meeting you at next year's SEMA show. Couldn't make it this year cause we're too busy putting windows and doors in my new garage, oh yea, the house too.

Glad you got to meet John. He suggested a propane company for us to use up here in the "high" country of AZ and the funny thing was that we had already signed a deal with the company he suggested.

I can see it, you and Brian were probably gabbing like two women on a cell phone. After reading enough of Brians posts, I can believe it, He is never at a loss for words. Glad to hear someone is having fun.

Thanks a ton Barry, it really was nice meeting you. Like I said, I should have bought you lunch as "tuition" for what I learned in our chatting!

Guys, this is really a neat event, you have got to get there next year. I went there with a few people to meet but I didn't know I would meet others. One guy I who I was talking to at a booth looked down and saw my name on my name tag and said "Are you MARTINSR?", no kidding, it blew me away. He was from the Team Chevelle site that I have been visiting for years. Wild.

It would be so nice for some of you guys to go and we could all meet up.

I went to a number of seminars, that along with talking with all the techs at the different booths and seeing new products, I have a TON of stuff I will be bringing up over the next few weeks.

Brian
