Proper fuel pressure for blower carburetor

So I'm basically making a budget supercharger setup, eaton m112 supercharger with a carb on top of it. It's going on a decently built 351w. Hopefully everything goes as it should and it works correctly. I am having trouble getting information on fuel systems for engines with roots style blowers. It will have a holley 750 DP on top, which i plan to boost reference when i get that far. I'm really unsure how to choose the proper fuel pump and regulator for my application.

I have been reading how some people just set their fuel pressure on a blower setup and leave it be. Also i have seen many regulators which are boost reference that give a 1:1 rise. Mainly I'm wondering what type of electric pump should i chose and what the pressure needs to be before/after boost. At most the supercharger will be running around 10 psi. Also is the boost reference regulator more of a concern on a blow-through carb setup and efi?
